Solarity Credit Union – CFM Client since 6/23/15

Challenge:
Solarity Credit Union purchased 10 Diebold Express Cash Recyclers to increase teller productivity and improve member relations. Once the screen scraping software that was originally purchased with the recyclers was deployed, Solarity experienced balancing and loss of communication issues that led to teller frustration and up to 30 min of additional balancing at the end of the day for each recycler.

Solution:
CFM helped the Solarity team convert all of their recyclers to CFM S4+NORM Integration in order to receive the originally intended benefits of the recyclers and improve productivity and member experience.

Result:
Since implementing CFM’s core integration solution, all prior issues have been resolved and Solarity is celebrating a huge WIN with the reduction of end-of-day balancing.

MAX Credit Union – CFM Client since 5/13/15

Challenge:
MAX Credit Union had several out-of-service MRVs that needed to be replaced with newer technology, leaving them in a conundrum that would likely be expensive to resolve. MAX CU was looking for a way to maximize its investment while opening up its future options for new cash recycler machines.

Solution:
CFM S4 Cash Automation integration with NORM+S4, to replace all out-of-service MRV units and increase future banking technology options.

Result:
MAX CU maximized its tech investment while gaining the ability to purchase any cash recycler in the market. Since aligning their training procedures to their new technologies, they are on track and excited about their new integration’s potential.
